Where is the store based?

Los Angeles, CA, but we also have offices in Stockholm, Sweden.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we do! And we also offer free shipping worldwide!

Do I need to pay custom fees?

This depends on your country. We are not responsible for any customs fees. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times on orders vary depending on items and the method of shipping. All items ship directly from Asia unless we mark as “ship from USA”.

Items might arrive in different packages.

Order processing time takes 1-5 days before shipment. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

We ship via USPS First Class Mail and E-packet.

International shipment times vary by destination country.

However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take longer. We are not responsible for any packages that are delayed by the postal service. Please be patient and contact Customer Service if you have any questions.

We provide tracking information by request. Any lost items are protected by sugarsweet.me. We always resend all lost items. If you don’t pick up your delivery we are not responsible for resending the parcel. We will not refund, but you can pay for another shipment.

Only part of my order arrived, where's the rest?

It’s on its way! Some items might arrive earlier than others. 

If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at info@sugarsweet.me with your name and order number.

What are your sizes like?

Always check the measurements! Many products will only come in one size so make sure you check before ordering, as it would be a shame for it not to fit!

On each product page, we provide a size chart with measurements for that specific item. Please measure your body to receive the right size.

In general, we suggest purchasing 1-2 sizes up since the sizes are small.

How do I pay for my order?

The checkout process is powered by both PayPal and Stripe, two of the most trusted online payment solutions. Payment is SSL certificated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

How do I use my gift voucher or a coupon code?

Enter the gift voucher in the coupon code field at the checkout where it says “have a coupon? click here to enter your code”.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within the first hour after ordering. 

What are the return and exchange policy?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once the order is placed it cannot be canceled. When purchasing clothing, please make sure using the size chart on the product description to avoid any size issues.

If an item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Do not ship anything back to us until you got a confirmation email from us.

Will I receive my items before the holidays?

We do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
